This is a key question we can ask ourselves not only for setting intentions but also for all areas of our lives. The first word in that phrase gives us permission to stop and then we can ask why is it that I am feeling hurt or why is it that I am thinking this.
From this space we can then choose again. However we can only do this if we ask the question not from ego why is this happening to me why me poor me but instead from an empowered place of why.
